How We Work
Every job follows the same sequence. We walk the house with you first and document what we find. We tear off carefully so we can see the sheathing underneath. We fix soft spots, re-flash windows and doors, install house wrap correctly — lapped shingle-style so water sheds down and out — and then hang the siding to manufacturer spec, with the expansion gaps vinyl needs and the clearances fiber cement requires.
We clean up daily. Nails get magnet-swept, not just eyeballed. Landscaping gets protected, not trampled. And the final walkthrough happens with you, not without you.
What We Will Not Do
We will not side over rotted sheathing to save a day. We will not skip house wrap. We will not caulk a joint that should be flashed. If we find something wrong underneath your old siding, you will hear about it before we cover it up — with photos and a straight explanation of the options.
